Worship:

Temporarily worshiping at St. Matthias, Royal York at 8:00 AM

Sunday 8:30 AM – this communion service is quiet and reflective. The early hours of the morning give time and space for people who cherish simple prayer in a holy and beautiful space. Words from the traditional Book of Common Prayer shape this worship service that does not include any hymns. Those who gather at this time form a small and friendly community. Prayers for healing are usually included on the third Sunday of the month.

Sunday 10:30 AM - Temporarily worshiping at St. Matthias, Royal York at 10:00 AM – a large number of people come to this eucharistic celebration, including seniors, adults, young people, and families. A children’s program is offered for ages 3 to 7. The language of this service is modern and includes a variety of traditional hymns, chants, modern music, and choral selections. Don’t worry about getting lost – we have a Service Booklet that contains the complete celebration. Prayers for healing are usually included on the third Sunday of the month.

Wednesday 10:00 AM –  a quiet weekly communion service where people gather to gain strength and energy from common prayer and refection on scripture.

Jazz Vespers - taking place at All Saints Anglican, The Kingsway – twice a month on Sunday afternoon at 4:00 PM some of Toronto's best jazz musicians come for a lively service of music and reflection to lift the spirit. It lasts about an hour.
